Creation of full itinerary and time line. Distribution of time line to all vendors as well as the wedding party
Contact all vendors and venue the week before the wedding to go over timelines, rules and regulations and to offer introductions and assistance
Rehearsal coordination and instruction in conjunction with your officiant - maximum one and a half hours.
Collection of items at the rehearsal to be set up on Wedding Day such as: programs, guest book, unity candle, toasting flutes, place cards, etc.
Arrival at least two hours prior to the scheduled event start time to oversee proper set up of ceremony and reception areas and review the itinerary with key vendors*
Direction of Wedding Ceremony
Serve as liaison between the Bride and Groom and all vendors keeping in mind YOUR requests and expectations
Guide you through each part of the event and to resolve any issues that may arise
Distribution of final balances and gratuities to the vendors on your behalf
Collection of all items at end of the event, disposable cameras, gifts, toasting flutes, etc. and insuring everything is turned over to the designated person
